Welcome to the Duck House – Your Cozy Country Getaway

In the gentle landscape of Northwest Mecklenburg, the Duck House awaits you – a lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the idyllic district of Hilgendorf (Upahl municipality). With a spacious 90 m², the Duck House offers enough room for up to four people, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends.



The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed, and a modern bathroom with shower and bathtub – perfect for relaxing moments of well-being.



Wi-Fi is of course available. A cozy fireplace in the living area ensures snug evenings.



At the Duck House, you should feel completely at home: Two TVs (living room and bedroom), a game console, children's books, toys, a baby bed, and a highchair make it especially comfortable for families. Outside, a large garden with a pond, covered terrace, barbecue, and beach chair invites you to play, relax, and enjoy.



Surroundings & Excursions: Discover the nature around Hilgendorf, the old town of Grevesmühlen, or visit Bothmer Castle in Klütz, the Pirate Open-Air in summer, or the Baltic resort of Boltenhagen with its sandy beach (about 25 minutes away). Wismar and Lübeck are also quickly accessible and offer maritime flair and historic charm.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage - s. Beschreibung -

Pros: Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer haben an alles gedacht, alles was man evtl. sucht, weil es ggfls. fehlen würde, konnte sofort gefunden werden. Einzig und alleine waren keine Sonnenliegen vor Ort. Als ich den Eigentümern schrieb, waren am nächsten Tag Sonnenliegen mit gemütlichen Liegeauflagen vor Ort. Natürlich ist der Ort etwas abgelegen, einen PKW sollte man hier schon haben. Ansonsten sehr schön gelegen für Ausflüge ans Meer z.B. Boltenhagen - Ostsee, oder Wismar oder Schwerin mit dem tollen Schloss. Hier kann man es sich gut gehen lassen, wenn es einen nicht stört, dass morgens ein Hahn kräht. Aber man muß bedenken, dass man hier auch auf dem Land ist und da ist sowas wohl üblich. Herzlichen Dank an die Eigentümer, die uns auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen haben. Kleiner Tipp: Jamel rockt den Förster ist fahrradtechnisch ca. 5 km entfernt und somit gut mit dem Rad oder der Tagesparkplatz mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles Gute Cons: Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
