The downstairs bunk room had no heating- just a blank switch plate where the thermostat should have been. The host was unaware of this. "I was looking to minimize the about of schlepping on our ski trip. The Summit was the most convenient hotel we have ever stayed in slopeside. We could come down for breakfast ready to ski and the ski valet (right outside the door) would place our skis at the lift. The car valets/bellmen were also wonderful and super helpful. Room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Would highly recommend and will be back!! "
