Family Home - Pets welcome . 15km to Australia Zoo, 20km to amazing beaches.
- Beautiful, historic 3 BR Queenslander in the heart of Mooloolah Valley Sunshine Coast, only a short drive to the iconic Australia Zoo and the pristine beaches of the Sunny Coast. Mooloolah is a quiet township with a gorgeous village centre complete with IGA, bakery, cafe, Thai and more. Surrounded by beautiful national parks to explore and the refreshing Ewen Maddock Dam to swim in.
The house is very comfortable, plenty of board games, books and puzzles to keep the kids entertained. You’ll love the convenience of being extremely close to the local shops, playgrounds and skate park. No need to drive into town.
The property has a big, fully fenced backyard and fully fenced front yard, the house is very private.
The huge rear deck has a beautiful views towards Maleny, relax on the outside furniture or have dinner on the 8 seater table watching the sunset. The gorgeous deck is loved by all our guests.
Linen, bedding and towels are provided. New air conditioner installed 23/1/24, new oven installed 12/7/2023.
