"We have to say, this is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever rented. Most vacation rentals are clean enough, but this one was spotless. We had a pet friendly rental. You would never have guessed a pet had ever entered the rental it was that clean. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. There is a balcony off the living/dinning room and one off the bedroom. This property does have a quiet period making it a very peaceful place to stay. There were no late-night parties, or loud crowds. Everyone was respectful of the property rules. There is a beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy the flowers on the property and the beach. For those including the family dog, they have stations on site with disposable bags to clean up dog waste and containers to dispose of it. There is no supply of spices to prepare meals. Those items would need to be personally supplied for personal use. However, we do not use spices and other items left in vacation rentals for varied reasons. We always either bring or supply our own and take them with us when we leave. Items supplied included coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap individual use pouches of coffee, sugar, wrapped tea bags. Supplied for personal use there was individually packaged soap and individual use shampoo, conditioner, lotion and makeup removers. The staff at this site were all very friendly and helpful."

"Clean room, good size and quiet. Love the pool wish it was open later than 6pm that is way too early. Beach access is a bit of a walk and rough. But overall enjoy our stay! 15 min to the Newport aquarium"

"Quick communication via text. The home was well stocked with items to stay for about a week. Cleanliness was good. The layout of the home along with the ocean view is amazing. Beds were comfortable. "Host was very responsive to our needs (replacement key to the game room, not enough towels). House is well laid out for a big family vacation. Yoga studio and pool table room add nice bonus space to separate from each other. Hot tub is really nice. Showers are weird. Third floor only has a tub. Second floor has a tub and a very low shower head. First floor has a stall with a low head as well. Nice location easy access to Newport and a nice hike down to the beach. Kitchen is pretty well appointed."
