"From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in was quick and effortless. The room was modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. The real highlight, though, is the pool—absolutely stunning and on par with a high-end resort. Another big plus is the convenience. The hotel is connected to a new luxury mall with a great food court and plenty of dining options, making everything easy. This is officially my go-to spot. I’ve stayed twice already and plan to return every time I’m in the city. Totally worth the price and a great value."

"This hotel is in a great central location near The Monument, restaurants, and shops. However, the service and amenities in the hotel need improvement. I arrived very early on a Saturday morning and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving around 5AM, but the hotel doors were closed and no one was at the desk to let me in. After knocking on the outside doors for some time, the desk clerk awoke and was able to let me in. There was also an attendant who offered to help me with my bag, but I didn't need help with one backpack bag. Nonetheless, he still accompanied me to my room. In the room, there were hairs on the floor and the shower door did not shut completely enough to prevent water from getting out. The slow shower drain allowed water to flood the floor. The fan does NOT shut off, and there is no way for the guest to turn it off. Even the hotel workers could not shut it off. That's not good when you don't want cool air blowing on you during the cool morning hours. You are offered a small bottle of water on the first day. After that, you have to pump your water from a large water bottle located in the hallway. This used to be a very good hotel years ago, but, sadly, the standards have declined. It would be great if they could get back to providing a higher level of service and better amenities. The location is great though."
