"I stayed at this property for two nights during Coachella weekend. While the room itself was spacious, my overall experience was disappointing due to several issues that were not properly addressed by staff. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning, making the space uncomfortably hot. When we reported this to the front desk, we were advised to simply open the sliding door rather than having maintenance resolve the issue. Additionally, we were not offered the option to move to another room with a working AC unit. Another concern was the water temperature, which was excessively hot—potentially to an unsafe level. Given these issues and the lack of adequate response from staff, I would not choose to stay here again."

"We paid, checked in at the front desk, on our way to the room we decided to eat the $250 and spend $400 additional to book somewhere else. The first impression of the hotel condition was so bad we paid double plus the cost of booking this place to stay somewhere else. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a motel."
