"I was not pleased about the non cleaning of the rooms. It was upon request. We were there for four days. One day of cleaning should happen without request. Also, the breakfast was not good. The same thing every day. The tables were not being kept up as people left. I have stayed in many hotels that had continental breakfast, and this was the worst. The parking was unbelievable. Need to work on the parking situation. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, friendly staff and convenient."
"Staff was very nice helpful. Breakfast was very good & varied slightly each day with different hot items. It starts at 6:30 & has lots of seating but fills up fast. Several out door seating areas. Hotel is at the end of the "strip" better to drive to shopping or eating places. Hotel has lots of easy parking. Would definitely stay again if visiting Yellowstone. "
"Old Faithful Inn is awesome! They added door closers so that the doors do not slam. The whole place is so iconic and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They even called me about a ring that I had lost in my room and offered to send it to me. I appreciate all of their thoughtfulness. There were also sufficient dining options around the whole complex (beyond the Inn itself). I’d love to come back again soon! "
