This beautiful fully renovated chalet in a Savoyard style located at the edge of the fir trees and larches in a small authentic Savoyard village can be rented at any period of the year and sleeps up to 22 people but I do have some extra mattresses.
It is in the heart of the Tarentaise where are located the greatest skiing areas
It is within 35 minutes from Tignes and Val d'Isère (Espace Killy), 20 minutes from Les Arcs – La Plagne (Paradiski), 15 minutes from Sainte-Foy Tarentaise and 5-10 minutes from La Rosière, family ski resort with its huge skiing area shared with La Thuile in Italy (resort San Bernardo).
The uncovered parking with 3-4 spaces is reserved to the chalet. There is also a nearby municipal parking.
There is a ski room, a sauna (with surcharge), a garden, a barbecue, a DTT television, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, a double door refrigerator, a Godin cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an underfloor heating system and heaters in the bedrooms.
The chalet is South-exposed with panoramic views and wonderful sunsets
There is baby equipment: cot, high chair and small gate
There is a large 100 m² living room with central fireplace
The chalet can be divided into 2 3-bedroom duplex apartments
1 of 170 m² sleeps 12-13 with large living room, fireplace, Mezzanine, large balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
1 of 150 m² sleeps 9-10 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, wood stove, garden and sauna (with surcharge).
Can be rented on a weekend basis (except during school holidays)
The chalet is very quiet and sometimes in the morning, hinds come in front of the chalet
