Welcome to Walker Ridge, a serene 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat located in the heart of Montrose, Colorado. Surrounded by nature, this spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation, ideal for family vacations, group retreats, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed living space. The upstairs features a luxurious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a relaxing soaker tub with scenic views. There's also a cozy queen bedroom upstairs for added privacy. Downstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a twin trundle bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. The game room and playroom provide endless entertainment for all ages, while the storage area is perfect for your recreational gear. Outside, enjoy expansive views and plenty of room to explore, whether you're taking a morning walk, stargazing at night, or simply relaxing in the fresh mountain air. The spiral staircase leading to basement area is small and narrow. Separate entrance available on right side of home.

We loved our stay at Walker Ridge! The house is very comfortable and well-maintained, the beds were fantastic, everything in the home was top-notch. The host reached out to make sure we had all the information on arrival and check-in that we needed as well. There's a notebook in the house with everything you need to know. The location was great, just far enough out of the busy areas to be relaxing and peaceful but close enough for a quick run to the store. The sitting areas in the back and the front were both comfortable and relaxing for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

The home is well maintained with wonderful amenities. It's in a great location--close to everything. The yard is beautiful and peaceful-great for star gazing. The host super friendly, accommodating and easy to contact.
