Great house in Montrose, neat, very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, beds were fantastic for a good night’s sleep after riding all day from Moab Utah. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee tea etc. thanks for a very nice overnight stay!

Perfect stay

This is a great place! There were six adults staying just one night but we would have been very comfortable staying more if needed. Beautifully updated home in a very quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from town. Thanks for letting us stay!

My Favorite Montrose House

This is by my far my favorite Montrose house I’ve stayed in. The 7 of us boys come to Montrose every few years to hunt elk and we we're extremely impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and location. The parking was perfect for our 3 trucks & trailers. We had no problem with the sleeping arrangements given the 4 bedroom's. I will for sure be hoping this place is available on my next trip.

Wedding Week

We stayed at this very clean and nicely decorated home for our son’s wedding. It worked out perfectly. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us to gather and visit at the dining table or living room. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. My only wish is that there was a bbq available and a muffin pan. :) I would definitely recommend!

Cozy house with plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay! 4 bedrooms gave everyone privacy, while the living area is bright and welcoming. Listening to the birds each morning was a nice way to start the day. The upgrades in this house are lovely! The location was perfect for us. It’s just a few minutes outside of town and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes. The air conditioning works well! I would suggest a non-slip mat in the main bathroom because the tub is a little slippery. I would stay here again.
