"Fast and friendly check in. Clean room cold ac . Had small breakfast and hit coffee"

"Breakfast had a good selection, felt the person working the breakfast was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people- dining area was not clean, tables not wiped down ready for the next person. Front counter person who checked me in could have been more friendly, felt she was somewhat standoffish because I asked for a room facing the pool which she said she was unable to accommodate which was okay. It was a request not a requirement. Overall good experience, already booked for June."

"The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk agent was absent each time I went to the desk. She was cooking and serving patrons of the snack lounge. There should be someone at the desk to serve customers. One employee per shift is not enough. "

"The Breakfast was ok the 1 day I went down to eat. The morning weekday staff were much more professional and gave better customer service. We checked in on a Saturday and come not get any service for the running toilet in our room until Monday morning and they moved us to another room. The closet door was broken and had tried to be pepaired with some putty or something. The bed was squeeky and mattress what's sunken in in our 1st room. ."
