Le Merel - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Montrichard, this charming studio of a surface of 24 m ², in 800 meters of a beach arranged at the edge of Cher, and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony overlooking a wooded park. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, two convertible sofas (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A 10 m² balcony facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. View on a park with trees and on the Cher Valley.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The flat is ideally located in Montrichard, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence in a wooded park of 9 hectares. You will be 800 metres from a beach on the banks of the Cher with a canoe, swing and children's games. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Sightseeing: Visit Beauval Zoo (meet its famous giant pandas, then travel from one continent to another in its incredible equatorial dome), the town of Blois and its royal castle, Montrésor (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Tours (former capital of the French kingdom)...
- Sporting activities: hot air ballooning, walking or cycling along the Cher and the Loire...
- Cultural visits : Visit the castles of Amboise, Chenonceau, Cheverny, le Clos Lucé...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park within the residence (2 vehicles).

Le Merel "Agréable séjour passé dans ce studio. Le logement est propre, bien aménagé et lumineux. L’accès est facile et bien expliqué par les propriétaires. Un bonus pour la petite terrasse plein soleil. Le logement est idéalement situé à 20min du Zoo de Beauval, ce pourquoi nous étions de passage. L’environnement est paisible et le 3e étage nous offre une jolie vue sur le paysage rural. Un malus pour les toilettes dont la cuvette est cassée, qui ne cesse de tomber et qui bouge lorsqu’on s’assoie. Ceci n’est pas très hygiénique puisque nous sommes contraint de la prendre à la main à chaque fois que l’on veut s’en servir. Nous espérons pour les prochains, que leur derrière pourra se satisfaire d’un abattant réparé, fixe et propre. ?? Dans l’ensemble, très bon rapport qualité/prix, je vous le conseille si vous êtes de passage."

Le Merel 🙁 lorsque nous sommes arrivés en bas de l'immeuble vers 17h30 il n'y avait plus de gardien pour nous ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble et c'est une personne de l'immeuble qui nous a ouvert aprés une demi heure d'attente. Nous avions le code du digicode mais le tout était d'arriver à entrer dans l'immeuble.

Je ne reviendrai pas. 🙁 le code pour la boîte à clé ne m'a pas été envoyé le jour même, je suis restée devant la porte 3/4 heures avec une enfant de 8 ans et j'ai dû appelé le service urgence de booking. Ma petite fille était paniquée à l'idée de ne pouvoir entrée dans le logement. La housse plastique du matelas d'un clic clac était salie (selle ?). la fenêtre de la salle de bain donne dans le couloir commun, même si la vitre est floutée les personnes qui passent dans le couloir voient les formes et la couleur de peau de la personne qui se lave. la porte d'entrée pas sécurisée avec les 3 trois points. J'ai écourté mon séjour."

Il faut attendre qu'une personne habitant la résidence rentre pour pouvoir accéder à l'immeuble la première fois. Et dernier point légèrement négatif, les lits sont très bruyants, le moindre mouvement d'une personne réveille tout l'appartement dû aux différents grincements. Hormis ça, tout le reste très bien et rien à signaler, très belle vue par ailleurs"
