The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (with shower) and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 7×3m terrace with furniture
- A 6×3m heated swimming pool shared with a second gîte, open from April to October with a security system.
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
