The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 40 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Montreuil-Bellay, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor of a holiday cottage, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room (with shower) and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A terrace of approximately 7×3m with furniture
- A 6×3m heated swimming pool shared with a second gîte, open from April to October and fitted with a safety system
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally situated in Montreuil-Bellay, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
