"The area is beautiful. Couldn’t get the heater to work properly. So it was a bit chilly. My husband did want to watch a little t.v. but the sound kept messing up. The screen door was broken and my husband was very concerned about the tape around all the outlets. He didn’t feel it was safe so we didn’t stay a second night. However, if you can get passed all that, it has a nice deck, the lake is just a few feet away and it’s just very pretty and peaceful."

"Stayed here while in the area for a wedding. Great fishing dock, it was a little to early in the spring to catch much but still had a great time. Bring supplies for Mosquitos and bugs... it is on the lake after all. Overall great relaxing stay."

"Went for a getaway with a couple of friends, and we found this guesthouse charming, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed playing games in the quiet cottage, sitting around the firepit in the evening, and walking in the meadows. Our hosts were very thoughtful and easy to contact--they made us feel special, from the personalized welcome note to the fresh flowers and homemade cookies waiting in the kitchen."

"Overall our stay was great. There were small things that we noticed during our stay. The check-out instructions said to leave temperature at 70 buy only one unit had actual numerical readings on it. Maintaining a comfortable temperature was tricky. It was either really hot or a little chilly. The front door would not lock correctly unless it was pulled while locking. The oven door front kept falling off. We had to hold it in place while opening and shutting the door. There were game pieces found...

"This resort is for the traveler who wants more room, the opportunity to cook for themselves. Grill and utensils available outside with picnic table and chairs. Roomy, bedrooms small but not a big deal since kitchen and living area is a nice size. We were in small two bedroom cabin. Our cabin requires one to do stairs. Cabin was immaculate. Supplies plentiful in kitchen and bathroom. Newer floors and ac. Ceiling fans in each room. Community room has clean towels, ice cream, drinks, and other...

"Parking was very congested, but each room did have an assigned parking place. The rooms were very clean, it is an older facility, so it had an old smell about it, other than that, it was great. The owners were very friendly and helpful."
