Apartment OK, service mediocre

The apartment is in a good location. It is reasonably well equipped. The TV did not work. Someone came by to look at it and could not fix it. said he would contact the owner but we never heard anything anymore so we did not have a TV for the length of the stay. The terrace had not been cleaned. There were loud banging noises in the building for many hours that were very disturbing. There was a large sticky stain on the floor in the salon. The oven was out of order.
