Mixed impressions
I arrived around 11pm and waited for a long time till some showed up to open the door and do the check in. Also, I wasn’t offered any upgrade as a platinum member guest :/ The room was very clean, good choice of pillows. However, altogether it was a good value for money.

Close to Train
Decent hotel, inconsistent quality of staff. Mostly not happy to help or even greet you. Instant coffee only in the rooms and they don’t replenish. I goofed on my check in date which I made at 8pm the night before arriving. Ended up arriving a day late. Asked for a credit and they refused stating their policy. I was still staying an additional 3 night also! After asking for the manager I received a voucher for 2 drinks. I’m already a Gold and would expect that anyway. On a positive note, the hotel is literally across the street from the SNCF station. Very convenient and a 5 minute walk to Comedie Square and even closer to the tram. The are is ok but probably not good to walk late at night.

Convenient location but could be better equipped
The hotel looked nice and clean and it was convenient to the train station and downtown. We did have some strange issues…we had no bottom sheets on either bed, and when we asked for sheets they had to come up and look at the beds and still didn’t understand why we didn’t want to sleep on ripped plastic mattress covers. We asked for pillows and they said there were no ore pillows available at the hotel. The room had an upstairs loft which the air conditioning didn’t touch. The downstairs was cool and comfortable but the upstairs was stifling.

Climate control in the rooms was not functioning. Rooms were much too warm. I was told to "open the window," and staff were not very helpful. Refrigerator in rooms also does not work--I was told I could keep my food in a refrigerator on the main floor if I wanted to...

Nice hotel but no real AC
The hotel is very coveniently located, the staff is great overall. However they do not have AC, they have central building heating or air push, which means that the whole building is heating at once. If you're unlucky and get there at a time of the year where the heater is on and it's actually warm outside, it will be extremely hot in your room even if you turn the ac off, as the rest of the building is heating up. So, prepare for sleepless nights, sweating like never...

Monpellier weekend.
In general, it was a comfortable stay. We found the room a little tight, but comfortable and modern. Standard of cleanliness was more than adequate for a big hotel. Reception staff were friendly and multilingual. Carparks were set up and spaced for big cars which was nice. Location was an issue, tight streets and alot of blocked throughfare, due to constant upgrades to the road and tram system. Made a bit of a nightmare to return to the hotel after an excursion (partially fault of google maps!) Only real issue was the sink in the bathroom was partially blocked and water drained very slowly and was left unsightly. The cleaner prior to our stay, should have really mentioned it to services that the room had a malfunctioning sink not left to us to deal with it during our stay. But that was the only gripe.

The property is a 15 minute walk to the city Center. The property has a gym but it should not be a gym very poor. One bike, one trendmill and small bags of rice as weights up to 6kg. The bike and trendmill is made of wood. Breakfast was good.

Better than advertised!
We stayed in several different hotels during our recent extended vacation in southern France. We loved this hotel! It was as advertised, except better - only pleasant surprises! Each one of the staff we encountered was very accommodating and personable. It was ideally located so that we were able to explore the historic parts of Montpellier we had hoped to see, enjoy amazing restaurants, and discover interesting shops. The hotel also put us close to Sete, a location we wanted to explore. We used the train to travel through southern France, so the location of this hotel really worked for us. We were surprised how quiet our room was despite being next to the train station. Seriously! We appreciated the numerous eco-friendly touches throughout the hotel. Even the décor gives an eco-friendly vibe. We had a junior suite which was comfortable, spacious, and contemporary. Loved the bar/dining area, and the breakfasts were wonderful - lots of yummy and healthy options! A silly thing but important for me - they have the best hair dryer I've encountered in a hotel!!

Lots of activity just steps away from the hotel, but our room was remarkably quiet.

Started with Antoine at the front desk. Very amiable and made us feel special at check-in. All of the front staff were of this mode and it must start at the top with Antoine, the manager. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff.

Extremely bad wifi for a 4 star hotel, ~3Mbps which isn’t sufficient for video calls etc … That’s ~100x slower than residential fiber
