Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Montmeyan. It has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of around 2,000 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 43 m² living room with sofas, TV and a fireplace (firewood provided)
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: one pull-out bed (sleeps two)
- One bathroom with a bath
- One shower room
- Two separate toilets

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 12 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 3.50 m, open from 1 June to 30 September and secured by an alarm (opening dates are subject to change)
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A beautiful, private and fully enclosed garden of 2,000 m²

The house is ideally situated in Montmeyan, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 100 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes by car)
A car is recommended to make the most of the region.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- The fireplace is in working order and the first log is provided free of charge.
- Fibre broadband is available in the accommodation.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
