Für eine Nacht war das Hotel richtig gut! Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und nicht zu beengt. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es gab Kaffee- und Tee-Facilities im Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Ein neuer und gut sortierter Aldi ist 200 m entfernt. Ein großes Plus.

Simple voyage pour un anniversaire dans la famille . Chambre simple mq un peu de chauffage laisse un peu de propreté et refaire le carrelage salle de bain

Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but luckily we had unseasonably mild weather. Small eating area/restaurant with small evening menu which we didn’t have. Breakfast typical cold continental buffet - although you could make a boiled egg and toast. The hotel caters for both couples/families as well as a few commercial van drivers when we were there. Would return there to visit our French family (but would possibly consider taking our own bath towels).

D'un acceuil assez moyen (pas de conseils, peu de reponses aux questions posées), les draps ne sont pas changés, d'autant qu'ils y avait une trace de sang sous l'oreiller. Absence d'eau chaude le soir. Eau tiède le matin.

Hele basic kamers , iv met brandvieligheid sluiten de zware kamerdeuren automatisch met een reun, en dat hoor je vanaf een uur of 7 als de eerst gasten vertrekken De stad zelf vind ik prut, maar als basis om andere plekken te bezoeken is het een redelijke plek....en goedkoop !

Een schone kamer met gebreken

Het verblijf was shoon, de bedden waren uistekend. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Jammer dat een aantal dingen niet in orde waren. Toen bij een bedlampje de ontbrekende lamp was aangevuld bleek dat bovendien de schakelaar stuk was. De ophaning van de douchekop was stuk. Wasbak was half verstopt.

Triste nuit de passage

Le confort du lit est une catastrophe. Les matelas ne sont pas du tout du standing hôtelier. Pas assez épais, bien trop inconfortables. Les oeillets sont aussi épais que des crêpes ou des galettes. La priorité c'est le lit et son confort qu'un client souhaite avoir dans un hôtel.

Pas top

A notre arrivée, la standardiste ne trouvait pas mon paiement. Puis j'ai payé 4 petits déjeuners (2 le samedi et 2 le dimanche) or le samedi j'ai voulu annuler ceux du dimanche car on partait plus tôt et paraît il que ce n était pas possible que cela ne se fera que fin juin 😡😡plus jamais je ne payerais quelque chose en amont!!! Puis le samedi matin j'ai signalé que ma lampe de chevet était HS elle n'a pas été changée. La vitre de la fenêtre de notre chambre au rdc est cassée et non changée (bonjour la sécurité), l eau de la baignoire s écoule très mal...

Lors de mon arrivée la personne ne trouvait pas mon paiement heureusement que je garde tout! Puis j'ai payé 4 petits déjeuners et le lendemain j'ai voulu en annuler 2 et soit disant ce n'était pas possible (c'est en cours avec leur comptable mais pas avant fin juin !!!), j'ai signalé la lampe de chevet grillée mais elle n'a ni été réparée ni changée. La vitre de la fenêtre est cassée. L évacuation de l eau de la douche se fait très mal comme si le conduit est bouché
