"Checkin late, had five hours to sleep before our flights. No clear line at check in, people standing around the counter, one person leaning in the counter with speakerphones blasting. AC was not working, room was very hot. When I told the employee on check out, he said we know. Hotel is run down, sorry. "

"From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all. "
