Holiday Home 'San Michele - Capanna Scopi' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Capanna Scopi, about 36 sqm, is spread over two levels: on the ground floor you will find a living-dining area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a two-burner stove, single-bowl sink and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet. On the mezzanine, overlooking the living area, there is a double bed. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. The small building stands out for its asymmetrical double-pitched roof, exposed stone exterior, ceiling with chestnut beams and rafters, and terracotta tiled floor. The large window in the living room offers panoramic views of the pool and the valley below, reaching as far as the ancient village of Prata, located on a hill.

The Agriturismo San Michele is located in the upper Maremma region of Tuscany, in an area characterized by medieval villages and surrounded by nature. The property is about 1.5 km from the town center of Boccheggiano, in the municipality of Montieri, near the provincial road connecting Follonica to Siena. The small rural complex of San Michele consists of six independent buildings set in greenery. The buildings are close to the swimming pool, which is located within a park of centuries-old oaks, and each accommodation has a large private space.

The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm, from June to September (opening periods may vary depending on weather conditions). A crib and high chair are available on request and subject to availability. Parking is available on site. Pets are allowed.
