Casale Torricella is nestled in the woods of the Colline Metallifere, offering stunning views from the mountains and hills to the sea. Behind the house, a centuries-old oak tree provides a peaceful spot to relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The silence, tranquility, and mild climate guarantee you complete relaxation, while the lack of light pollution lets you admire starry skies.



The apartment is on the ground floor of the main house, converted from a recently renovated old stable. It features a double bedroom, a spacious living room with kitchen, sofa bed for two, fireplace, large bathroom, veranda with pergola overlooking the garden, and an infinity pool. You have access to the garden and pool.



Inside, there’s a space with books and publications about the area, plus information on local attractions and seasonal events. A small stand offers local products for you to purchase and discover the region through its flavors. The owners can help you book e-bike rentals, horseback riding, hiking tours, and beach umbrellas and loungers at coastal resorts.



Other important information:



The pool is shared and open from May to September (dates may vary depending on weather). Linen and towels are changed after one week. The owners live on-site and are available for any needs during your stay. Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Shared laundry facilities. Security cameras are installed at the entrances and in the garden for added safety.
