    BALAGNE is a region of HAUTE CORSE located on the northwest coast of the island. It consists of a coastal part located between CALVI and ÎLE ROUSSE and a hinterland with hills overlooking the sea, it is dotted with beautiful villages perched with narrow alleys and typical houses, formerly called 'the garden of Corsica' .

Excellent house and location

We were a group of friends with our first visit to Corsica and Serge's house was really the perfect setting to give everyone space with bedrooms/bathrooms for the week. The location for us was great for exploring the region, you can easily dip into Ile Rousse, Calvi or head to Pigna (we also did a day out in Saint Florent). The house itself is just as the photos, excellent view, excellent space and quality of the house and attention to details, there's really nothing missing. Thank you again, Serge!

Quelle agréable maison ! Nous étions 9 adultes et chacun avait sa zone et son confort ! La cuisine d’été avec son bar pour les dîners, l’apéritif impeccable ! Le terrain de pétanque est parfait! Calme, confort, idéalement située cette maison nous a conquis! Merci Serge ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Beaucoup de mal à partir ce matin… Nous aimerions revenir!

Une semaine de rêve où tout est pensé pour le confort et la sérénité des vacanciers. Accueil très sympathique de Serge. Maison tres bien agencée où chacun peut trouver son intimité. Nous gardons tous, petits et grands, un formidable souvenir de notre semaine. La maison est très grande pour que chacun puisse trouver sa place, très fonctionnelle, très propre. Nous avons passé une grande partie de notre temps entre la piscine et la cuisine extérieure qui est un vrai plus ... et n'oublions pas la vue magnifique et les couchés de soleil!! Serge a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu un petit problème de plomberie. Tout s'est formidablement bien passé, nous recommandons fortement!!

Nous avons passé 15 jours à la villa A Surgenta : villa de rêve ! Très belle maison, bien équipée, beaucoup d’espace où chacun a trouvé sa place, parkings pour les voitures… On ne peut tout citer , mais tout est au top , y compris la propreté. Une vue splendide. En réalité nous avons trouvé cette villa, bien mieux que sur les photos du site. Serge le propriétaire est très sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes. Merci Serge pour votre gentillesse ! Wonderful villa in a beautiful resort.

The villa is modern, stylish very well equipped and well kept. The facilities are very clean and cared for. The owner was extremely helpful especially in arranging this with a few hours notice when we were already in Corsica but had been let down.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Serge, très bonne communication au moment de la réservation et disponible lors de notre séjour, la villa est magnifiquement aménagée, rien ne manque, pour plusieurs couples elle est idéale car très spacieuse, mention particulière pour la cuisine d'été qui est un gros plus, la piscine avec vue sur l'île rousse sans vis à vis, le terrain de pétanque, les transats hyper confortables...on aime la proximité de l'île rousse et nombreuses activités a proximité. bref aucuns points négatifs vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !! On a qu'une envie..y revenir !!! Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine Serge !!😉

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir waren zwei Familien: 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder. Das Haus bietet hervorragenden Komfort. Der Pool ist toll, die Außenanlagen generell hervorragend. Leider haben sich die Kinder ein paar mal Schiefer am Poolholz eingezogen. Wir mussten die Betten selbst beziehen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist eine erdige Sandpiste. Nichtsdestotrotz ein empfehlenswertes Haus mit allem Komfort.

Petit coin de paradis sur terre.

La villa est très bien située. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et profiter depuis deux terrasses de magnifiques vues sur le maquis et l’île rousse ainsi que de superbes couchers de soleil. Maison, coin piscine et extérieurs sont joliment décorés, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Je recommande ce petit coin de paradis sur terre. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et amicale.
