L'Ancienne Gare Des Vosges

Peace, beautiful nature and space less than 600 km from Utrecht: that's what the Vosges and this holiday home offer! This former station combines authentic character with modern comfort. The detached house has 140 m² of space, a 1,750 m² garden and a terrace along its entire 23 m frontage. This former platform overlooks the passenger shelter across the now-removed railway tracks.



The largely original station hall retains its beautiful old posters, enamel signs and ticket windows. It now features a designer table, a seating area with a television and a library of books.



The living room has a fireplace, a spacious seating area with a lounge sofa and dining space for 8. The fully equipped kitchen and shower have been completely renovated. The two bedrooms are on the station's left side: the first adjoins the living room and overlooks the garden; the second adjoins the hall. Both have a double bed, a wardrobe and a washbasin.



Behind the original waiting shelter, a second terrace sits at the forest's edge. This sheltered spot has a pergola, a built-in barbecue and a large dining table.



By prior telephone arrangement, you can also rent the entire station, including the upper floor, once the stationmaster's home. The whole property sleeps 8 to 10 people.



If you rent the ground floor, the upper floor is not rented out, ensuring space and privacy.
