Restored stone hamlet ideally quiet on the borders of Quercy between Lot and Dordogne. Close to numerous tourist sites and vineyards, shops and leisure centers nearby (village of Catus and its lake designed for swimming and children's games, etc.).
You can visit the sites of Cahors, Gramat, Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cyr Lapopie, Sarlat, Gourdon, Lacave and Souillac.

Un cadre idéal, le logement et la situation sont très calmes, très joliment rénové au milieu d'une région ou il y a beaucoup de belles choses à visiter. Sinon vous pouvez aussi profiter de la piscine de taille appréciable ou de l'aire de pétanque, à vous de voir !

Belle maison au milieu de nul part

Le lieu est perdu dans la nature et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Pas de bruits, pas de voitures, et des belles pierres. La maison est confortable et fraîche, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les extérieurs sont sans prétention et mériteraient un peu plus de soin mais cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Heerlijk rustige en ontspannen vakantie in een prachtig decor.

Prachtig gerenoveerde notenmolen/bakkersoven. zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk zwembad. Zwembad wordt dagelijks onderhouden door een bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame man uit Mongesty.

Parfait pour un séjour tranquille et reposant

Pour ceux qui aime la campagne et etre déconnecté de notre vie stressante, je vous recommande ce logement bien équipé. De nombreuses promenades sont a faire et la piscine est fort appréciable surtout lors de forte chaleur.

Tres joli aménagement d’un ancien pressoir au milieu de nulle part. Pierre, pisé, bois, cuir. Minimaliste mais tout le nécessaire y est. Silence absolu, pas de reseau pas de tv - connexion immédiate avec la nature… arbres, prairie, oiseaux, ballades a pied, piscine, jardin pour les repas, transats pour la sieste.. village a 5 min pour spar, pain, presse, pharma… Prtits marches reguliers alentours. Excellent restaurant a -5 min.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte très bien rénové avec goût. L’agrément de la piscine a été un plus. La région de la Bouriane dans le Quercy est magnifique, offrant de belles randonnées et un patrimoine architectural riche par son habitat et ses belles églises fortifiées.

Séjour agréable et calme dans la campagne du Lot

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir passés 15 jours dans cette location rénovée avec goût. Le propriétaire et Pierre, qui s’occupe de la gestion de la maison, de la piscine et de l’accueil sont très attentifs et réactifs. Location proche d’un plan d’eau et de la rivière (base nautique de Caïx et Douelle). Beaucoup de sentiers de marche aux alentours de la maison sans prendre la voiture. Ferme Robert à 10 min pour explications sur la fabrication du foie gras et possibilité de se restaurer le soir sur place. Possibilité de rayonner sans soucis à 30 à 40 min aux alentours (grottes de Cougnac, visite de la cave de St Sernin, marchés environnants). Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter les yeux fermés.

Fehlende Terrasse und Außenmöbel

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Einzige Punkte der gestört hat, war die fehlende Terrasse und die fehlenden Außenmöbel. Gerade im Sommer sind schöne und angemessene Außenmöbel wichtig. Auch der Grill war nicht besonders ansprechend. Aber diese Dinge lassen sich ja leicht ändern. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden! Das Haus und die Umgebung ist wunderbar!

Erg mooie gîte, erg modern met een heel mooi zwembad. We hebben genoten. Het ligt heel rustig, maar binnen 20 minuten sta je weer in een leuke plaats. Twee minpuntjes: er mag iets meer aandacht worden besteed aan het tuinmeubilair en parasols e.d. En de slaapkamer beneden heeft geen airco en dat is vervelend met 37 graden.

Un cadre idéal pour des vacances au calme et dans le silence.

La remise en état du fournil a été faite avec beaucoup de soin et de sobriété de bon goût. L'habitation est confortable, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et la climatisation est très appréciée. Seuls (petits) bémols, la restauration n'est pas totalement achevée (luminaires) et l'aspect extérieur (paysager) est encore "en friche". Encore un petit effort et cela sera vraiment idéal. Un accès à internet nous a aussi manqué.
