Great location

Great location, right next to ski lifts. Fantastic family ski resort, highly recommend. Accommodation had everything we needed and the spa was amazing, just what we needed after a long day on the slopes.

peu mieux faire ..

cela fait la troisième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel qui est toujours très bien. Seul petit bémol , cette fois-ci, la terrasse quand nous sommes arrivés n’était pas propre (coques de pistache un peu partout , chaises pas propre et pas rangé . Dommage pour 5 étoiles. ainsi que la salle de fitness ou plusieurs appareils sont en panne ou défectueux vraiment Dans l’appartement, poubelle défectueuse et pomme de douche avec une pièce manquante et pas de pression. C’est vraiment dommage pour un 5 étoiles Quand on ouvre en début de saison tout devrait être parfait. Je remercie la dame à l’accueil qui a été très très aimable et qui a fait son travail avec beaucoup de gentillesse. pour me reste c’est trés bien . PS: pendant notre séjour, il y avait une compétition de BMX. La terrasse donnant en face du parking ou cette compétition avait lieu dès 8h du matin. Ils annoncent au micro se faisait et le soir concert The Rock jusqu’à minuit. Cela aurait été bien de nous prévenir, informer et éventuellement de nous proposer de changer de chambre pour que nous ne l’ayons pas cette mise en sonore.

Il residence offre appartamenti davvero belli, nuovi e ben arredati. Anche l’area dedicata alla spa è gradevole. Mi pare eccessiva la caparra di 400€ chiesta all’arrivo e le incombenze a carico dell’ospite (20€ se non butti via la spazzatura per esempio). Il personale è stato molto gentile ma a così pochi km dal confine mi sarei aspettato due parole in italiano.

Très bel établissement . Le personnel et la directrice sont aux petits soins, et vraiment très agéable. Quant à la station elle est magnifique avec un super bike park, de chouette rando, et un superbe golf.

Napoléon au même niveau que les dolines

Après plusieurs séjours aux dolines, nous avons testé le Napoléon. Pas de déception au contraire, plus d'espaces et plus au coeur de la station.

Perfect position for skiing being in the middle of Montgenevre. Fabulous accomodation and staff at reception were all very helpful. Second year running we've booked the Napoleon and we will certainly be coming back. Only slight annoyance was the lack of any drawers in our bedroom to put our stuff in. Don't really like to live out of my suitcase while on holiday. Apart from that brilliant.

Great luxury apartment, but falls short of 5 stars

The building has an excellent location in Montgenevre, and allows skiing back to a position just over the quiet road in front. It is well organised for skiing with an excellent, large boot-room, with each apartment allocated a spacious locked ski-locker with boot heaters. The apartment was clean, and spacious for French ski apartments. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was large, we had a view directly onto the slopes. However the experience was let down by a few annoying factors. The showers in our apartment were very temperamental - it took a long time to get hot water running, and sometimes there was simply no hot water. During our 5 night stay, the steam room in the Spa was out of order every day. The Spa had limited opening - it closed at 8pm. The pool was a little cool, although fine for me personally, other family members thought it could be warmer. The wifi required the constant typing in of the four digit name and eight digit password - making it tiring to use. The pool table in reception is of good quality, but there was no chalk available which made playing on it impossible. I think for the cost of 5 nights (€1500) I would expect close to perfection but the hotel fell a little short.

Perfekt beliggenhet, SPA og basseng

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på Napoleon som ligger perfekt i forhold til skibakkene. Gode leiligheter med godt utstyrte kjøkken og flotte bad. Veldig praktisk med den store skiboden, og så deilig mrd basseng og SPA fasiliteter. Og så bra at vi kunne ha med hund! Vi kommer igjen neste år!!!

Apparement 3 pièces spacieux et bien équipé. Piscine, hammam et sauna de qualité. Livraison du pain le matin. Peu de Resto ouverts dans la station en été. Finalement préférer des logements dans la vallée de la clarée ou sur Briancon pour éviter aller retour incessants et bouchons
