"pros: wonderful location. clean room. very spacious suite. cons: the jacuzzi tub is very slippery. easy to have an accident. the bidet is next to the tub but the roilet is in a different room. it looks whimsical & impractical."

"It is a nice place to stay for the Lourdes visit. Room is clean, comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Soap and shampoo provided, rest bring with you. I did not have the breakfast there. Too many options on the way to the sanctuary. 15 minute walk to the Lourdes sanctuary. I went back and forth couple of times a day. Lots of Indian restaurants on the way. One of them was Amma, pretty good and reasonable. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station."

"Absence of listed sauna was the 1st disappointment. The pool did make up for some, but not quite. The 1st assigned room didn't have a lockable bathroom door, shower head holder & a shower partition. Also, a lack of any English language TV channels was really annoying & disappointing for a month-long stay."

"This hotel was the perfect choice for my stay in Lourdes! It was close to the Sanctuary, the rooms were nice and convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to help us."

"The room was kept extremely clean. We did not have breakfast, it seemed too expensive. We did not ski, as we were there to visit the Sanctuary only. The staff didnt really see any only when we checked in and out. The lift was only for 2 people. There was No fridge, difficult to store food and drink. No milk for making tea or coffee. Nice garden and pool for summer use. "
