20 minutes from Pic Saint-Loup and its vineyards (tasting of local wines) 35 minutes from the beaches of Carnon and La Grande-Motte Close to all amenities (Carrefour Saint-Clément, shops, etc.) Tram access to reach the centre of Montpellier
🏠 Description of the house: House from 1993, partially renovated in 2019, comfortable and functional, with a country spirit in the city. Annex rent to a student but not overlooked and no noise.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso maker, cooker, etc. 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 bedroom upstairs with shower room 1 bathroom on the ground floor (correct, but not renovated) Toilet (functional, but not renovated)
Swimming pool for relaxing moments Outdoor area with plancha and old garden furniture but functional (practical for outdoor dining)
Parking: No garage, but plenty of space to park on the property.
Please note:
Sheets and towels not provided (to be provided by the tenants). The house is clean and well maintained, but some parts (such as the bathrooms and toilets) are functional without being modern.
Target audience for the rental reserved for:
Families (couple with children), Seniors. No students, no groups of young people.
Air conditioning is in two bedrooms: bedroom with shower room on the ground floor (r+1) and a bedroom on the ground floor.
📅 Rental conditions:
Arrival at 5:00 pm (impossible before this time) Departure at 10:00 am (mandatory)
Cleaning: The house must be left clean (an inventory will be made on arrival and departure).
