Thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback. In reality, we make sure to try to accommodate our every guest's needs when assigning them rooms. Monteverde is a rural destination, thus none of the multilevel hotels in the area have an elevator. Also, the weather has always been cool due to our altitude. Global warming has been making this more acute in recent years and your comments are making us evaluate to put some heating in the rooms, something that is not available elsewhere in Monteverde. Thank you once again for your feedback and we hope to serve you again in the future.
