Staff was not clear about the time schedule for the shuttle from/to airport: when we call the receptionist at 5:30pm to pick us up at terminal A, she told us the driver will start his shift at 9:00pm.Thanks best western premier shuttle driver to drop my wife and I at the one hotel. During the night several noise in the corridor woke us up. Definitely I will not recommend one hotel to a friend.

Got there at 2:30 pm. They said no early check in and had to wait to 3:00 pm with 3 others who were also waiting. Heard them say they had a full floor with the rooms they gave us before time. I was tired and didnā€™t get into my room until 3:30.

When I called the hotel, I was told that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel starts at 5:00 pm yet it operates 24/7 from the hotel. It was scorching hot to be waiting outside for an hour, so I took a taxi. I selected this hotel for the proximity to the airport and the transportation. I didnā€™t plan to pay extra for a taxi. If I knew, I would have stayed elsewhere.
