The pool is the best part. I traveled with my family. The front desk needs to be more friendly with customers. I didn't like the way they talk to us.

Good hotel, quite a walk from the centre and the area around it is not very nice specially at night. Room was clean but noise fron the next room leaks through the connecting doors. The staff was not as nice as they could be but not rude either. I would consider somewhere closer to Macroplaza if you plan on walking most of your trip; if you have a car for your trip then this hotel is good since it has onsite parking.

Plaza de Oro doesn’t allow you to have visitors in your room, the front desk girl was so rude; I had planned for a 10 day stay but left after the second day to a different hotel

Well, I saw they are 5 star hotel and pictures looks good , arrived and room was not a 5 star hotel , definitely here is 2-3 star hotel , room booked for two adult and second person arrived in the night and they didn’t let to come at the room and finally solved by coming down and speak with front deck, they couldn’t speak English and that’s the other reason for not giving the great feedback for this property

The personnel was not courteous at all. They charged me for an additional adult even though I had added the correct number of adults on our reservation. If we didn’t pay, we would forfeit what we had already paid for our reservation. We had to keep asking for towels for three people (just like they charged us) and then they came to clean room and took towels we had just requested. Before we could check out, they had to check room to confirm we hadn’t taken anything. The “free” breakfast included in the room charge is only a plate of fruit and a cookie. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.

La luz y el internet estuvieron fallando la mayor parte del día, no había señal telefónica para usar el servicio a la habitación, la comida que ordenamos me pareció mala, unas papa fritas que no estaban fritas, parecían salidas del congelador y metidas al microondas, un guacamole sin nada de sal, en general le doy un 4/10 a todo

La habitación esta amplia, con las amenidades básicas, limpia y cómoda. La atención del personal fue buena en todo momento. Lo único malo solo fue el aire acondicionado que hacía ruido. El desayuno está incluido, y el bufete es muy básico, debería mejorar.
