The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and spacious. The area around the hotel is not good to be at night. Overall the hotel is very good and close to metro and bus terminal

Clerk at check in was very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel was very nice & quiet. Only downside was that there was no coffee in the room. But, overall, I would stay there again!

Very dark rooms, no natural light/sunlight and Just make s note that there is no Microwave or refregirator in the room. Other than that rooms were clean, services were owesome. staff was really good. housekeeping and front desk staff was greate too.

A pretty cool place. The themed blue lights are kinda cool. the room layout is very functional. The entire place is air conditioned, which works pretty well in this season of winter, and in summer too I guess.

Water was hot only for a couple of minute and then it gets cold, call front desk and could not fix til next day but did not fix it, 2 min showers are not ok, rooms are no very ventilated for a lack of windows, for the price i guess is fine.

Spacious for the price and services. However, there is a problem with the hot water. I was able to take a hot shower one day but next only cold water.

Rooms are very dark there isn’t any windows and lights like a love hotels. They charge extra for everything. Even for the ice. The rooms has nothing but 2 towels

This is the worst customer service you could eve experience. I called Expedia for assistance and they turn their back on me, I was with my family and 6 yo.

La verdad por el precio está súper bien, el hotel tiene muchos aires de motel, pero repito, por el precio y para una estadía corta, estuvo excelente. Eso sí, los alrededores son nada bonitos, así que si pueden, eviten salir en la noche

Es muy cómodo, Los recepcionistas siempre al pendiente. El cuarto muy agradable. Una bonita experiencia. Además del restaurante tiene muy ricos platillos.

The facilities felt fairly new, although my room was dark as there were no windows and the lighting indoors was minimal. They had tiny light strips. If you book, look at their hotel pictures for lighting. There are several choices to eat around the area and we even used Uber Eats on two occasions. The downside to this establishment is the staff running the hotel. They need to remember they are in the hospitality business. They were very stingy with toiletries. I asked for toilet paper and they acted as if I asked them to donate me one of their kidneys! Family from the area (one couple) came to visit me, and I went downstairs to meet them, the hotel staff told me he could only stay 15 min or they would charge me. Really??! extremely rude to their guests. I did not feel welcome, so my wife and I decided to cut our trip short. If you plan to not spend much time at the hotel, this would work. However, if you like to turn in early, the staff will not make it a pleasant stay, so get another hotel.

La vista del hotel esta bien, es bonito pero la hora de entrada es a las 3pm la cual es muy tarde y especialmente cuando uno viene de viaje cansado, y el personal que trabaja ahi es muy poco empatico, no hacen nada para ayudarte, yo llegué al hotel a las 12pm y le dije al muchacho que me atendio que venia cansado porque no habia dormido nada el dia anterior ya que mi vuelo era de madrugada y me dijo que tenia que esperar las 3pm como quieras para estrar, luego le pedi la clave del wifi y no me la dio, solo me dijo que la encontraria en mi abitacion lo cual fue difícil encontrarla ya que no estaba en un lugar visible, otra cosa es que mi abitacion no tenia jabones para bañarme, solamente tenia un botecito de jabon y con eso se suponia que debia bañarme y lavarme también las manos, etc. Otra cosa también es que no te dan ni agua para beber, todo lo tienes que comprar supongo, ya que no vi ningún lugar donde tomar agua gratis en el hotel.
