I am more than pleased with my stay. I have stayed at many different hotels in Monterrey (even more expensive ones) and this one was by FAR, the best. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, polite and helpful and the housekeeper always checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We will be staying here every time we come back to monterrey and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Very very happy! Thank you!

Close to airport and hotel offers free shuttle pickup. Diana our shuttle driver is the BEST... We had a group of 11 and she was at the airport upon our arrival. Shuttle service in morning was awesome, we had to leave at 4:00 am, and our driver took us right to where we had to be. It was too early and didn't get his name. Awesome hotel and staff

Awesome hotel, very clean, has up to date covid safety measures some even better than what is used in the USA. Hotel offers free transportation to and from airport as well as to restaurants with in a 10km range.
