A new and comfortable loft with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed for up to four people. The apartment's location is excellent, as it is next to the Santa Lucia River and entrance number A9 to Fundidora Park. It is very close to the Santa Lucia metro station, Arena Monterrey, Fundidora Park, Macro Plaza, CAS, and Tec de Monterrey. Quick access to main avenues: Felix U Gomez / Eugenio Garza Sada, and Constitución. Amenities include a pool, gym, and a kids' club for children under 10. The building also has one parking space. An OXXO convenience store, Benavides Pharmacy with a doctor's office, and dining options are located outside the building.

Landlord was great always willing to help if we had any needs. The place itself was clean and pool area was beautiful although we didn’t get to use it at the time.
