No cooling or air circulation in the hallways. Warn out linen, over used beds, poorly finished rooms. Breakfast did improve. Needs to upgrade and modernize.

The room that I got was semi-clean, so it didnt meet my cleaniness' expectations. By the time that I checked out, the front desk staff they dont really care or they are not trained to be polite and say good morning to the guess, or make it obvious that they tried to provide a good customer experience, besides the lack of cleaniness, it is important to have a good customer service.

Never got a ride from airport to hotel. Waited 45 minutes. Dining is terrible. Room was very dirty. The staff were very bad, unresponsive. I’d like to get my money back

The restaurant was open until 1 am along with the bar which was a plus for a late flight. The airport shuttle was also very pleasant.

The hotel was super clean. The staff could improve on customer service. Upon checkin, we were only given one key card but actually needed two because one was needed for the electricity. The next day, we were scheduled to be taken to the airport at 6:00am but the front desk attendant didn’t schedule it. However, they immediately rectified the problem. Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Good for wait on an early day flight connection
This hotel works very good to pass a night waiting for an early flight connection. You will need to call the hotel to get the shuttle going for you but it runs 24 hrs

I never leave reviews when I get bad service but this one deserves a review! This is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff was rude and didn’t care about the guests. They never smiled and did not offer any benefits. The room did not have towels and we had to ask for them 3 times. Terrible service!

The room is in a non smoking hotel and the room smelt like smoke. Do to an allergy I can detect right away. The heater /Ac fan rubs making a load noise throughout the night.

We stayed for one night and it was ok, they have free shuttle to the airport. Would recommend for 1 or 2 nights.

Hotel took a while to receive my booking. Security didn't allow me to park my acr in front ro check in. Staff was friendly but mever brought towels to room. Only had 1 towel w a res for 4. Nothing of the property was told or shown. Bathroom looked like was falling apart. But staff was polite.

Window didn’t cancel noise from traffic in the avenue or even simple wind. The AC was very loud and didn’t cool much. Only 2 shower towels, no hand or wash towels. Door man and drivers the best, very kind and nice! Always helping with a warm smile.

The room itself was disappointing, it was dirty, no towels, nothing like te pictures on their website. But the breakfast was surprisingly good, I was expecting some apples, bread and coffee. Instead was a small hot buffet. It was really good.

the cleanin folk are the only ones friendly the rest seem to be in bad moods. I come to have great time but with that behavior Ill have to think twice to book again. The last night the electricity when out and there wasn't any notification of the issue I felt so un safe.
