Modern White Apt with AC and balcony

  • Beautiful, bright and spacious newly-furnished and rennovated condominium apartment, located on the first floor, a 15 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk from the public car park. Ideal for families this apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. There is a combined living area and dining area, with a door leading to the balcony which has a small table and 2 chairs. In the living area there is a double sofa bed for two extra guests. The spacious double bedroom offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 people and has access to the balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living area for an extra two guests. In the modern bathroom there is a shower.
    The open plan kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area and it is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meal!
    The interior space is casual and comfortable with a pleasant mix of old and new furnishings, original art, and a nautical touch. The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for bed linen. . City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
