Great staff, sweetest front desk people at check in and check out. Room was SPOTLESS- i mean so very clean. Quiet and breakfast staff and food all so kind and food freshly prepared, whole experience was wonderful. Will stay there again. Loved it!

Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay
Room was very clean, spacious and had a great harbor view. The staff at the Portola were friendly and professional. Jacks restaurant was a wonderful place to eat dinner and breakfast. We will be back again!
