Great room, easy access to free parking.

The view from our room was spectacular. Our host swiftly replied to emails to direct us to adjacent parking and to local COVID testing. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und der Ausblick vom Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet. Der Parkplatz mit Sondergenehmigung befand sich im öffentlichen Bereich unmittelbar an der Unterkunft.

No sleep in room, due to the fact no AC. Open window at night to cool off. But right on street, with a bar 100 ft away. So noisy you cannot sleep. Shower temp fluctuate hot cold,poor pressure, leaking shower head. But pretty rooms/ atmosphere.

Great location, free parking

We loved this stay. Montepulciano is a beautiful town and this hotel delivered in cleanliness and location. We booked this almost last minute and check-in was seemless. Parking was free of charge.

Simples, aconchegante e vista fantástica!!!

Na reserva estava escrito quarto com vista para as montanhas mas nos deram um quarto sem vista tivemos que reclamar e rapidamente recebemos um outro quarto, com uma excelente vista! Estamos bem satisfeitos por que o hotel é fantástico, tem estacionamento próprio ao lado do hotel e fica na rua do centro histórico, igreja, museus, bares e restaurantes.

Nice place to stay

Hotel well located. Parking in a square very closed to the hotel(1min walk). If there is no more place, you have to park in the middle of the square. Clean in general. Warm welcome. Good quality-price ratio.

Montepulciano is a beautiful place with great restaurants, wine, views, shopping and people! The hotel has great views, walking distance to everything, and parking. Our room was very dark. Bed Extremely firm. No lighting. Only a small desk chair to sit. Large bathroom, but no shelves. Small shower and water pressure iffy. The space was just not pleasant. No place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee early. Very basic.

A friend an I stayed 2 nights 10/10/2019 I liked that it was close to Piazza Grande. The room was nice, a bit small but our original room which was huge had an issue with the lock. We stayed in a corner room #2. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast but there are many options near by. If you are traveling by train/bus be sure to wait for the orange bus. You can buy a ticket for 1.20 euro at the coffee shop inside. The bus stops in front of the entrance. Don’t listen to google maps it is a hike uphill. If you are arriving late coordinate a taxi with the hotel. There is a taxi stand but NO taxis. Montepulciano is absolutely breathtaking.

The view was lovely. I felt warm in the room & a young man brought a fan which made all the difference. Staff didn’t help me make arrangements to get to the train station, but did drive me there themselves for €25 which I felt was too high. I felt kind of taken advantage of because I was there on my own & didn’t speak the language. There were buses to take me & they didn’t offer that information.

Abbiamo soggiornato , io e mia moglie in questa struttura , in occasione del natale di Montepulciano . A parte la posizione strategica , vicinissima al centro storico e con una veduta dalla camera sulla campagna Toscana spettacolare , mi preme sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Gabriella , e la pulizia delle camere . Prima di partire ero sinceramente preoccupato , perché avevo letto delle recensioni a dir poco negative , ma dopo il mio soggiorno mi sento di affermare che , molte persone non sanno viaggiare non si può soggiornare in una struttura dove si pagano 90 € per il pernottamento e aspettarsi servizi come in un albergo dove si pagano invece 200 € . Grazie Sig.ra Gabriella , arrivederci a presto .

This is a small family run hotel, hard to get ahold of anyone for check in and check out. No one speaks english so making any plans or changes was next to impossible. Cleaning is not included and you have to pay $10 Euros/day to have your room cleaned. The town is gorgeous and worth visiting but this hotel is not worth it for the price. There were other hotels our friends stayed in that were much better.

Romantic hotel with spectacular views

My husband and I stayed here for four days. You can’t beat this location in the heart of Montepulciano, which has free parking very close by, and is surrounded in breathtaking Views. The rooms are nicely decorated, great shower with good water pressure and hot water. Restaurants and historic sites are all very close by, and there’s a grocery store that’s a 10 minute walk away. You will need to call the owners when you arrive for checkin. If you are visiting from outside of the EU i suggest getting a monthly SIM card from Vodaphone. If you are planning to drive around Tuscany you will definitely want to use your gps.

Overall, very good. Did not provide driving and parking instructions as requested at time of booking, which would have been helpful. Check-in was slow as no receptionist on site, but, in fairness was indicated ahead of time. All requests were met and stay at same location again. Great views of the countryside. Hostess/owner very accommodating.
