Cute hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Walking distance to Alfama and Baixo-Chiado. Metro station near by. Safe area. Breakfast is served in the coffee shop in the lower level of the hotel. It’s not a buffet and the option offered to the hotel’s guests is limited. This would be the only minus I encountered in my stay.

We stayed on the top floor under the roof. The room had air conditioning, but unfortunately, the bathroom did not. The showerhead was also installed quite low, making it uncomfortable for my husband, who is 6’1”, to shower.
One unique feature was the old-fashioned, heavy room key. Be sure not to lose it, as the hotel charges €300 for a replacement! Overall, these are a few things worth noting for future guests, and improving the bathroom comfort would make the stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous area . The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and friendly service. The rooftop bar had amazing views and atmosphere. The room was well decorated and spotless.
Couldn’t fault anything, had a fabulous weekend. We would definitely return.
