Not happy
From arriving it was not as was described and also told we wasn’t allowed to use pool which that is why we chose this property everything about it was a lie we literally had a bedroom each and 1 bedroom had en-suite which we was told both bedrooms had en-suite it had a outside kitchen and the dining if you could call it was a slim passage with a small table 2 chairs and there was 4 of us we had to squeeze past this table that’s how small it was,the kitchen never had all utensils we bought our own cleaning products and cleaned everyday as a lot of ants we did complain about this to the manager and all he could do is offer us £100 (which we never received)with not been able to use pool but that wasn’t the point we booked this property for the pool and we stayed there for 3 weeks money down the drain .
Further to this my friend was given the studio room as she was unhappy with her room and then moved back out back to the old room to accommodate another family .
