"This is a beautiful resort, friendly helpful staff, great location for onsite excursions. Great drink options! Lots of activities each day- great for families of all ages, good availability of beach chairs, food was good. Rooms were nice, spa was fantastic. Buffet was decent, but crowded. Wish there was one more sit down restaurant. Italian and Asian were great! Would def do the Asian a 2nd night if we could get a reservation. The steak place was just Ok, service was not great there and food was disappointing. They were out of filet the night we went. "

"I have a few words to say about a couple of staff members, the first one was Anthony. He worked at the grill. Cooking the jerk chicken, unbelievable friendly and I have a very hard worker and he made everybody happy with the jerk chicken. My room was clean every day. I had my extra towels like I asked the staff all we’re amazing, "

"The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. "

"One of the finer places we've been to thats clean, close to great food restaurants, activities, and the beach, AND budget friendly. Parking is provided inside the property plus the stay comes with access to the beach. The rooms were spotless. Slight hickup if you're checking in/earlier than 8am as no one is in the office but the security guard helped us with checking out because we had to leave before 7am. Overall, we're definitely coming back to this place. The location, access, security, and proximity to the beach are features that I'd come back for. "
