For shared use: natural state property 3 ha, beautiful terraced garden plants and trees, meadow, orchard. Private: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 24.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 4.5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Montecatini Terme" 5 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 60 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km.
