struttura d'epoca all'esterno apparentemente ben tenuta. la zona accoglienza relax e ristorante a piano terra appare discreta e gradevole. all'esterno le cose cambiano: la piscina è quasi totalmente priva di manutenzione, vasca presa d'assalto dalla muffa e dal muschio, che da una colorazione all'acqua verde; dopo un presunto trattamento l'acqua era ancora più torbida, oltre che sempre sporca. Impraticabile, anche la zona intorno con lettini e poltrone sporchi e vecchi, giardino mal tenuto, con affacci su angoli ripostiglio da rigattiere. Orribile. Camere con arredamenti più che datati, comunque nello stile dell'hotel, che potrebbero risultare anche piacevoli se le stanze non avessero intonaco che si stacca, materassi sformati, luci che non illuminano. Unico punto a favore la biancheria del bagno bianca e morbida. Sembra tutto tenuto insieme con grande sacrificio e poche risorse. Necessiterebbe di cospicua ristrutturazione. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale. Colazione discreta.

The hotel is nicely and conveniently located among the thermal parks and buildings. It is a rather old building and set-up, bringing a charming sense of how thermal holidays were spent in the old days. Understandably parts of the hotel, infrastructure, decoration and some rooms are pretty old-fashioned, probably dating back to the 60s, while some rooms are newly renovated. The air-conditioning systems are not optimal. Kind staff, charming common spaces and a nice swimming pool area for an overall pleasant stay. We wish the hotel all the best in the necessary continued renovation efforts.

Accommodatie in een prachtige omgeving (park & termen). Authentiek hotel (denkelijk 100 jaar oud) met prachtig interieur waarbij je nog de vroegere aristocratie kan ademen en dat gerund wordt door sympathieke mensen. Ontbijt was keurig en voldoende, echter voor een omelet/spiegelei moest je wel een extra van 3,50 Euro bij betalen. Een enkel minpuntje is wel dat de bedden (matrassen) wel gedateerd zijn en dringend aan vervanging toe zijn. Voor de rest …. prima verblijf.

Hotel au coeur d'un parc arboré magnifique. Personnel aux petits soins avec de bons conseils et au courant de tout dans les environs. L'accueil a passé des coups de téléphone pour nous. Piscine et spa agréables et horaires pour le petit déj de 7h à 10h30.

hotel comodo e tranquillo

questo albergo è situato in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo, e per chi fugge dallo stress lavorativo è l'ideale. la struttura è un po datata. Il letto é comodo e la piscina esterna con idromassaggio è molto piacevole. la colazione andrebbe rivista sia come assortimento di dolce e salato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. .sono stata benissimo.

Hotellet så bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Det er mulig vi bare var uheldig med rommet, men dette var slitent. Veggene var falmet, vindu på badet sprukket. Vasken og dusjen var eldgamle, og ikke særlig innbydende å bruke. Aircondition hadde nesten ingen effekt, så det var veldig varmt om natten. Ekstraseng var nedslitt, så man lå som en banan. Puten var veldig hard. Uteområdet var fint. Bassenget bar også litt preg av forfall, og litt for dårlig vask her og der, men vannet virket friskt og rent.

Nette kamer en badkamer, alle kamers hebben ander interieur. Het Italiaanse ontbijt, wat zowel binnen als buiten gegeten kon worden was voor Italiaanse begrippen goed en de koffie was erg lekker. Har aldrig været på et 4 stjernet hotel der var så langt fra at have fortjent dem. Alt var meget gammelt og meget nedslidt. Morgenmad ok, men meget lille udvalg. Byen var dog hyggelig, og personale var meget flinke og servicemindede, men pris og antal stjerner passede bare ikke med virkeligheden.

Loved the authentic Tuscan style of the hotel making it very charming and the stay were all helpful and friendly so we felt very at home there The only downside was the breakfast which was disappointing as it would have been nice to have had fresh bread/fresh croissants and fresh fruit salads The coffee was lovely though
