"In the title it’s listed as a hotel. It’s a room for rent in someone’s home. Not a bed and breakfast. Outside of the property it is filthy. Garbage, yard is not well kept. White plastic stained chairs. The flags that hang outside of the property are ripped and should be replaced. In my country it’s a disgrace to see a flag like that, The unit smells like mould. "We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for. Property was clean and mostly quiet.
