"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"I liked the hotel - quiet, relaxed. The only complaint is I was bitten by mosquitoes while having dinner outside by the pool. The reception offered me ointment which helped the swelling a lot. I liked the food at dinner - Vitelli tonnato as a starter and grilled branzino over vegetables for entree. The white wine was good too!"

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
