"We stayed here for one night during off season while going through Italy. We managed to call the host and were able to check- in at 9PM. The house itself has a charming old vibe. Parking available on site. We were the only two guests at the time and the breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for us. Host was very welcoming."

We booked last minute and showed up 30 minutes later, and Angela and Alessandro were so kind and gracious to get us settled. They didn't know that they could receive last minute bookings. The property is unbelievable! The views and amenities were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was so lovely to experience such a gorgeous villa in Tuscany while also being taken care of so well by the hosts. If we ever return to Tuscany, we have no choice but to stay here! "What an absolutely beautiful stay, in a stunning place. Our host was attentive and kind, and the food was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and particularly for my needs on a road trip with my 18 year old son, the accommodation offering two adjoining bedrooms was perfect, and we could park outside. Also very good value in my opinion. I would definitely return, it’s also ideal for couples and I would love to bring my wife here. "

"Upon checkin was notified the hotel no longer operated a restaurant although their listing on Expedia said they had one and their own website lists a restaurant. No dining options for dinner and no breakfast available. No coffee or tea in room, not even a microwave. Listing also mentions a tasting room for wine-- none to be found. Place is very far from town so a car is a must-have. Place was deserted yet there was obviously a rambunctious family above my apartment, which had an overwhelming stench of RAID bug spray the entire time I stayed. Reception is inside an interior courtyard and does not open until 9am, I left the keys in the door as there was no drop box. Do not stay here. Property is allegedly in litigation limbo due to their wanting to renovate, but take my advice and stay literally ANYWHERE ELSE."
