Lovely stay! Will definately stay there next time we're in town. Clean, ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our favorite part is the large seat at the window. Just lovely!!

Just 2min walk to Fisherman wharf , good rooms and courteous staff ! I recommend this place.

I had an absolutely excellent stay at Hotel Zoe at Fisherman’s Wharf. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond in a way that genuinely stood out. Before the morning coffee station was even set up, someone noticed I was heading out early and brought me a fresh cup of coffee without me asking. Later, when I mentioned I had some store-bought ice cream in my room, they immediately provided spoons so I could enjoy it comfortably. Small gestures, but they showed how attentive and thoughtful the team is. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt upgraded, which made it easy to relax. The lobby is especially impressive—warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s also a beautiful enclosed courtyard with fire-top tables and cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just steps from the waterfront, close to all the energy of Fisherman’s Wharf, yet tucked onto a quiet, very safe street. It felt like the best of both worlds. I was extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend Hotel Zoe to anyone visiting San Francisco.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. I didn’t get a chance to grab a bite, but the menu options seemed delicious. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and enough storage for a short stay. The only two things — windows need cleaning and the shower puddles which was not pleasant. It did mean shorter showers! Other than that - great place and would recommend.
