"The page on Hotels.com stated the property offered a shuttle to the Florence airport. The hotel DOES NOT have a shuttle. The staff was available to request a taxi which was on time very early am. About 30 € for the ride. We left before the breakfast started. The pool was very nice."

"If you’re looking for the most idyllic, peaceful Tuscan escape imaginable, this is it. This mountain villa was everything we could have dreamed of and more.Tucked into the mountainside, the property offers gorgeous, sweeping views but what truly sets this place apart is how lovingly it’s cared for. The gardens spill across tiered levels, and every morning I woke to the scent of jasmine drifting through my bedroom. It’s so quiet and tranquil...every morning I’d walk out barefoot into the grass and sip on my coffee while listening to the birds and watching the bees collect pollen from the lavender bushes (literally a dream)!!!And then there’s Cristina. Warm, gracious, and the very embodiment of Italian hospitality, she made sure our stay was unforgettable — from a wonderful cooking class to sharing the rich history of the property. Every detail was thought of.This place let us completely unplug and unwind. If that’s what you’re searching for, you won’t find anywhere more special. An unforgettable experience from start to finish."

"Very pleasant. Room was a ‘classic’ which is small, no balcony, and view of back of building. Construction underway and there was an unanticipated shut off of the water supply for a time one day. Other than that nice."

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"
