"Very clean, wifi worked, felt safe and welcoming, clear instructions for entry and exit once we received them, and we would happily stay again. The bed was harder than my personal preference and might be perfect for others. There was a coffee maker and a k cup machine and not ground coffee for either, so maybe bring your own! There was instant coffee so caffeine was available, and FYI if you want more than instant, you might have to bring it and the machines are there. We appreciated the detail paid to the cleaning! We saw in the reviews before we booked that there had been an issue with the hot water, and while I don't know what that issue was, we didn't have any problems with the hot water. That may be a cultural thing because the way the hot water works in the shower is controlled by how much pressure the water has so it takes a bit to get it just right, and when you do the water pressure may be lower than you are used to in other hot water systems. We had hot water and good showers! Thank you for our stay!! "

"Quiet residential neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive to our requests, practically instantaneous. When a power surge took out the ceiling fan in the living room, he brought us a powerful fan to use until he could get the part to fix it the next day. Great place to stay if you want some place quiet and away from the crowds, but 20-30 minutes from almost everywhere in San Juan. We brought our own beach towels, but if you don't, I recommend asking the host. He's very accomodating."
