The pool and private beach with beach club were excellent. Not the easiest place to drive to but after a few wrong turns we got it figured out. Staff was attentive and helpful at all times. We got unlucky with broken AC in our room. We were too jet lagged first night to even complain. We did end ...
The staff and service were brilliant. The restaurants lovey and the location just perfect. The only slight downside is the background noise of the construction going on with the new promenade. Nothing that the hotel can do about that. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Fairmont ...
Great hotel. Super close to the port. Nice pool. Parking is 30 euros, but worth it.
They were extremely accommodating when we arrived early for our room. The late checkout time (noon) was also perfect for us.
Beautiful hotel renovated to the highest standards. Most obliging staff so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I felt the guest rooms and hall ways could have been more updated. However, the bathroom, spa, & pool deck ...
Great location and spectacular views and rooms. The Hotel is located near all the great shopping and easy to walk to restaurants . We spent 2 nights here before getting on the Silversea cruise . We will return at the end of our voyage and it is a slice of pure delight!
Location was good, staff friendly and helpful. However, a bit disappointed that the tea and coffee in the rooms is not complimentary as in most hotels. Considering how much you pay to stay you would think they would provide a free tea or coffee. The bathroom had loose tiles by the shower and marks ...
