Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of Orbetello, 8 km from the centre of Porto Santo Stefano, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden flowers and trees. Hot tub, barbecue. In the house: table football. Narrow motor access. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house.
